Ordering
Procedure
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day by fax at (800) 221-4245
or by email. Our Customer Service Representatives are also happy
to assist you Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at (800)
772-2045.
- To ensure order accuracy we ask that orders be placed 48 hours
before delivery with additional add-ons no later than 9 a.m.
1 day prior to delivery. For custom feed orders we ask for notice
3 days prior to delivery.
- The minimum weight for delivery varies based on the method of
delivery and types of items ordered or $400. Orders less than
the minimum will receive a $20 handling charge.
- A fuel surcharge is applied to all orders based on the cost
of diesel fuel.

Spee-dee
/ UPS / Common Carrier Shipments
- For orders outside our regular delivery area or schedule we
also offer shipments via Spee-dee or UPS for small orders. For
large orders, common carrier shipments via Midwest Motor or Panama
Transfer are also available. Please contact our office for rate
and delivery information.

Special
Orders
- We are happy to special order items from any of our manufacturers.
Special orders must be ordered in the quantities required by the
manufacturer and are non-returnable.

Return
Policy
- We can accept returns on items shipped incorrectly when reported
to our office within 24 hours of delivery. Items damaged at the
time of delivery are returnable at the time of the delivery. We
will also accept returns for defective packaging however we are
not responsible for damage due to mishandling or incorrect storage
practices.

Picking
Up Orders
- Orders can be picked up at our warehouse Monday-Friday from
7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is no minimum required for pick-up
but we ask that larger orders be placed ahead of pick-up.
